How to buy

Buying from the Digilema online store is simple. Follow these steps to place an order:

1. Choose the product you want to buy and click Add to Cart.
2. Open the cart and check the selected products and quantities.
3. Click Proceed to Checkout.
4. Enter your billing details and delivery details.
5. Select an available Packeta delivery method. For delivery to a Packeta pickup point or Z-BOX, also select the specific pickup location. For home delivery, the entered shipping address is used, or the billing address if you do not enter a separate shipping address.
6. Select an available payment method. Cash on delivery via Packeta is available only with supported delivery methods and for orders up to €700 inclusive. For a higher amount, select an online card or available digital wallet payment.
7. Review the order, delivery cost and total amount. Delivery cost is shown at checkout before payment.
8. Confirm the order and complete the payment in the secure payment environment.

After the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If we need to clarify any order or delivery details, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. Packeta or its delivery partner may use your phone number and e-mail address to send tracking details, delivery instructions, or the pickup code and collection deadline.

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days. This is an estimate and may be affected by stock availability, order processing, public holidays, carrier workload or events outside our direct control after the parcel has been handed to the logistics provider.
